KaAsenso Agent Qualifications:
- 18 years old
- Must be at least a high school graduate
- No criminal record
- With good communication skills
- A subscriber interested to apply as KaAsenso Agent may call the Hotline 101-343
- The applicant shall submit the following documents to designated PLDT Retail Sales Specialist
(RSS):
- Completed Agent Information Sheet
- Signed Agent Terms & Conditions
- One (1) valid ID (Photocopy with picture)
- SMART Money Card Number (Photocopy signed by Agent and Retail Sales Specialist)
- Tax Identification Number (Personal TIN)
- Barangay Permit or Business Permit
- Picture & Sketch of Agent's home/store
- The PLDT RSS shall then validate the applicant’s documents and once validated, will advise the
applicant of assigned KaAsenso Agent Code.
- The KaAsenso Agent receives commission via SMART Money

- All KaAsenso Agents are responsible for generating their own sales leads.
